I'm not much of a cook, and I live alone, so eating out is the easy solution for me. To talk myself into eating at home more often, I made a SparkStreak goal for myself: "Cook dinner at home" 4 out of 7 days. The last two weeks, I've made it 7/7, and I've lost three and a half pounds! Can't help but think there's a correlation.
