I have used the App named NICE+ weight loss for a period of time, loving the fresh style and the useful known provided every day. It makes me keep motivation through a few simplest tasks specially designed for me each day. All what I need to do is to check whether I finish the tasks for only 3 mins every day. This REALLY helps you save time if there are a few things you always eat together. I find this really helpful for breakfast when I have one of 5 things: 2 different smoothie combinations, cereal and milk, english muffin with cheese, or scrambled eggs, together with coffee (with the works...) It takes a little longer than simple inputting the first time, but then it is just 1 simple fast move after that. Saves an amazing amount of time, especially if you are using an app version of SP.
I find it really helpful for breakfast, as it starts off the day right! Track breakfast, and you will likely track for the whole day.
I have done so much better tracking everything now that I can access Sparkpeople from my Ipod! It goes with me wherever I go and using the app for Sparkpeople is SO EASY!! So load it up, and watch the pounds start to disappear! 104
