I have created a weekly dinner menu. This way I dont have to think about what we are having and when we are going to have it. I walk through the door from work, change into my clothes, start dinner and head to the treadmill. I walk for 30 minutes, adjusting to the hop off time to get to the kitchen to check on the meal that is cooking, sometimes I wait until I have walked the 30 mintues to start. Then I do cardo workouts in the kitchen while finishing dinner up.
I dont eat as much when I set down due to the fact I feel full after I excercise and I want and drink more water instead of going for a Seirra Mist or tea.
