Don'T Give Up




Don't give up, despite setbacks or lapses, anything you do to improve your health is good. You won't reach your goals if you give up, it might take longer to get there but eventually you can do this if you just keep working at it. When you feel like you are off track, regroup, think about what was happening or what you were thinking that caused it and get back on track!
