Every morning I plan my day. I plan what I am going to eat for each meal and then I pre-track it on my Mobile App. I use Weight Watchers, but it would work with Spark People too. So far I have lost 17 pounds. I have about 40 more to go. Keep Sparking!!!!!!
Doing this with my husband has been a huge factor in both my success and his. I also have a friend a work that sparks. So we check in with each other through the work week about our progress, recipes, etc.
