I WAS WATCHING DR.OZ AND HE SAID THAT SLEEPING TOO MUCH OR TOO LITTLE CAN ADD TO WEIGHT GAIN SO I SAT MY ALARM FOR 7AM AND AS SOON AS IT GOES OFF,I TURN IT BACK ON.AND IM THINKING IT RESET MY INTERNAL CLOCK.NOW,IM READY TO JUMP UP AND FEEL GREAT!OF COURSE THE EXERCISE I GOT BACK TO IS A GREAT FACTOR IN IT ALL
