The only weigh for myself to lose weight and keep it off is to be honest. Don't cut corners while recording calories and exercise. It is too easy to justify a small snack here and there and say "I'll work it off later." Later never comes and the calories add up. So be honest and true and you will lose weight!

If I am honest to myself and to my SP community, the reasons why I have not succeeded are within my abilities to change: exercise more, eat in balance and stay in touch with the goals and the footpath of steps I need to take to get there.
Be honest with yourself on what you are truly eating and how much you are truly exercising. Be accountable to yourself by tracking and journaling. Be forgiving, you didn't get fat overnight, you are not going to get healthy overnight. Allow yourself the slips up and the oops!
