peppermint leaves, lemon,lime,ginger,spearmint leaves, 4 fresh blended strawberries, 1 blended slice of cantaloupe, 1/4 cup blended fresh pineapple ...... the list goes on.... these are all things that i love to add to my 32 oz. glass of h20 just to add some flavor and jazz it up, not to mention very healthy choices, low in calories , and REFRESHING !

Drinking water is usually avoided because it can be just plain boring. Jazz it up with a calorie/sugar free mixer like Crystal Light and put it on ice or chill it in the fridge and you'll see that it is so much easier to down it that way! I drink mine in a big ole mug with a straw! It makes it a little more exciting to get in that needed water everyday! :)
When I was visiting my sister in Dallas, she introduced me to Sweet Leaf's flavored liquid stevia drops, which can be added to water or anything else you want to jazz up a little. It comes in a wide variety of flavors like Vanilla Creme, Chocolate Raspberry, and even Root Beer! I've tried it in my water, iced tea and coffee -- delicious!

At the top of every hour stop do 25 sit ups and 25 push ups. If you can't do a real push up do the modified ones.
