peppermint leaves, lemon,lime,ginger,spearmint leaves, 4 fresh blended strawberries, 1 blended slice of cantaloupe, 1/4 cup blended fresh pineapple ...... the list goes on.... these are all things that i love to add to my 32 oz. glass of h20 just to add some flavor and jazz it up, not to mention very healthy choices, low in calories , and REFRESHING !

    These are some AWESOME ideas. I have been trying to convince my mom that drinking water would really make her feel better and loose weight. But she insists that water tastes bad.
