Also the P90X "stretch X" and "yoga X" is REALLY good too! If you don't want to buy the whole program, just youtube it and I'm sure someone recorded it. Ebay is great too to get your hands on a really cheap yoga/pilates DVD! If anything, it's worth the warm-up stretches since those can go with ANY workout!
