I find that if there is a class I want to take I'm much more motivated to get to the gym. I take Zumba twice a week and have recently started attending step class once a week. It makes working out more fun and gives you something different to do instead of the same old boring workout routine.

    I'm the same way about Zumba. I am trying to go twice a week, pending on my work schedule. Last week I couldn't make it, and I was seriously bummed out. It's nice to really want to go to the gym!
