    Be truthful when logging what you eat. If it passes your lips it needs to be logged. The evidence is really helpful over time.

    Great suggestion. I had the Nabisco Mister Salty yogurt covered pretzels today. But I'd have to really work on myself though. I can get kinda heavy-handed with the Doritos ;-)
