When running, and getting to a place where you feel you can't run any further, look for a spot 15 to 20 feet ahead of where you want to stop, and run to that spot. Then each time you run, run 15 to 20 feet PAST the spot you chose the run before.

Ever been working out, then realized your not pushing yourself to your max? Next time, pay attention to how hard you're working and push yourself to your limit! It feels so good afterwards!
In my Step class sometimes I start fooling around because it's fun, then I realize I'm not working as hard as I can be, so I make every step more defined and put more energy into every thing I do!
Today has just been low key because I really don't feel good at all. Even when I am not in good shape I still push myself to do what I can. It may only be 2 to 5 minutes but it is something. Have to get the neck, shoulder & back right before Tuesday so I can bowl. It is better to push yourself as much as you can without hurting yourself. Just so you let yourself know you don't give up no matter what. Giving up is not in my vocabulary & never will be. Always push yourself it is rewarding. 252
