Playing At "Weight Lifting"?



I've found a great way to exercise my upper body is to play with my young children on a bed. How so, you ask? I've gotten creative in the "how" but it started with helping my daughter "jump" on the bed while I lifted her up to touch the ceiling. 3-4 sets of 10 reps of THAT and you get a great (and fun) workout.
