When I come across foods that are so-called super foods, I go immediately to Sparkrecipes to find ways to use them. The latest super foods are quinoa, chia seed and kale. I've never cooked with those foods, so it's a new culinary adventure. It's great that I have a husband that will try anything new! 252

I read it and felt incredibly motivated, so I decided to challenge myself to bring more variety to what I eat.
