I used to only drink an 8 oz glass of milk with dinner and this would be my liquid consumption for the day....no water. As soon as I started bringing water bottles with me to work and tracking I realized two things. When I brought a regular plastic water bottle I didn't get enough so I started bringing larger and larger bottles. Second tracking the glasses really motivated me. Now I've gone from maybe 8oz a day to around 100oz!274

Folex is in a white bottle with purple writing and has a spray trigger. If you have an old food stain, spray some directly onto the stain and rub with your finger or sponge. I have seen it work on 2 month old chocolate stain that was dried into the carpet after using another product. It is a little slice of carpet heaven in a bottle. Works even faster mixed with hot water....
