To get in the habit of drinking water, carry a water bottle with you all the time. Give your self triggers to sip on the bottle...every red light when you are in the car, sitting in a meeting at work, every commercial on TV take a sip. emoticon

    This is a great suggestion that I have been doing for over a year now. I use a refillable bottle which saves plastic and have even bought my girlfriends a water bottle so they can do the same and create their own habit!
