I make a big pot of veggie soup once a week...& have it often! It helps to curb the grumbellies, it's nutritionally dense, & low cal! It tastes yummy & it's ohhhhh sooo good for you! Enjoy!

oh how I miss my big pot of soup. I even gave my pot away. I would always have it bubbling away, my kids would run in and grab a quick bowl, So Healthy, and comforting. Whenever I didn't feel up or got sick it was there waiting to make me better. I envy you.
