I make a big pot of veggie soup once a week...& have it often! It helps to curb the grumbellies, it's nutritionally dense, & low cal! It tastes yummy & it's ohhhhh sooo good for you! Enjoy!

    I often do that myself maybe once a month and I can what I don't eat for later. I can in half pint jars so that way it is just one serving per jar.
