It now "knows" that it has to survive on a smaller diet and therefore uses all the fuel it gets more efficiently. I picked out a swimsuit that was my size now at my current weight. I did not try on the suit at the store. When I got home I was sure that I could fit the suit. I tried on the suit and it was too big. I had been swimming everyday two weeks prior. I was a little sad, I liked the suit.
