The one thing that helps me stay motivated and focus on My lifestyle changes, is how good I am starting to feel. Emotionally and Physically. I look at all the little things that have changed in my life since I have started my Journey with spark and it keeps me wanting more and keep going. So it is the little things that will get you to the next milestone emoticon

    This really helped me today. Being Valentine's Day someone brought a huge box of Whitmans chocolate in. I was fearful that I would give into temptation, but instead I'm going to stay focused on getting to the next milestone. Thank you!! emoticon

    I am feeling fantastic too! My daily headaches are gone, my joint pain is basically gone and my attitudes seem remarkably positive! I have been on Spark for about 2 weeks and my weigh in is tomorrow, BUT regardless of the weight, I FEEL BETTER!! emoticon
