Buy a misto it is a pump sprayer that holds any kind of oil you like.
I use it instead of any of the other sprays I also use it for baking I have never ever had a disaster. I just spray the pan, the bundt cake pan or anything that needs to be oiled. I do not have any chemicals or gunking up of my pans just the oil I chose to put in there usually it is canola.

I use a Misto sprayer instead of cooking spray. It's really good for giving veggies a light olive oil glaze for roasting, spraying a light mist of oil on salad or meat, and spraying my pans before I stir fry. You know you're using a good quality oil, because you pick it and fill it yourself!
You can find Misto spray cans at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and online at Amazon. I've seen them occasionally at our local Target. I imagine any real kitchen supply store would stand a good chance of carrying them.
I use a Misto sprayer for spraying oil for frying or on a salad - this is a metal canister that you pressurize by pumping the lid. It is way cheaper to use than buying spray oil (like PAM, etc.) and just as effective.
You can also use a variety of oils, this way - not just what the manufacturers mix up -
This is an oil sprayer. I have bought two of them now, at only $9.99 each. I could have bought another brand, but I tried Misto and was VERY impressed with th epump sprayer! It is even better than some aerosol can oil sprayers I have bought! It is so amazing! AND------- you will help the environment! You can also put your own oils in it! I have toasted sesame seed oil in one can, and good 'ol olive oil in another! Any oil, always just like your regular "fat free" cooking spray!
I bought mine online. You can shop on amazon, they have different brands and deals. Look around! The second misto I bought appears to be an improved version. It now has a filter at the bottom of the pump straw. There is another slight change also. SO WORTH IT!
