1)1 small bag of mini pretzels with 1/4 cup of hummus
2) Black bean tortilla chips with 2 tbsp guacamole
3) 2 slices lean turkey with mini bagel
4) Pear slices (or any fresh fruit) with 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
5 )Lettuce rolls: 1 slice crisp lettuce, 1 slice ham, and shredded carrots
6) Jello Sugar Free Mousse Temptation
7) Del Monte No sugar added Mandarine Oranges
8) Motts No sugar added applesauce
9) Werther's Sugar Free har candies
10) Apple w/ 1 tsp peanut butter

    I like .5 oz of jerky for those times when you want some solid protein with a controlled carb snack. I usually have a little hot tea with it, too.
