Labeling Your Frozen Meats/poultry

When I come home from the supermarket, I wash and prepare the meats I want to freeze. Instead of buying prepackaged breaded fish or chicken, I do so myself and place them in freezer bags. I use a green marker to label fish and a black marker to label chicken. It helps me to identify my frozen chicken and fish easily.
