Surprised? Popcorn is good for you as long as you don't cover it with loads of butter. Not to mention that 3 cups of popcorn=1 serving of grain (surprised?)! Instead of butter, try adding popcorn seasoning that you can find in your local grocery store.
You can also use BBQ seasoning (the powder in the shakers). I once found, in the store, a man sampling BBQ seasoning. He was sampling it on popcorn. I tried it, and couldn't believe how tasty it made the popcorn. I bought the seasoning simply so I could put it on popcorn!
I love popcorn, which can be a really healthy snack. I also like chips every now and then, but even if eating the baked ones, they're not as healthy as eating popcorn.
