Peanut butter is a rich source of B vitamins. If you are dipping into the jar often, it might be because you're under stress and you need a B-complex supplement, Peanut butter is high in Monounsaturated fat..which actually helps to clean the cholesterol out of your blood stream, also high in protein..just don't eat too much.
