Peanut butter is a rich source of B vitamins. If you are dipping into the jar often, it might be because you're under stress and you need a B-complex supplement, Peanut butter is high in Monounsaturated fat..which actually helps to clean the cholesterol out of your blood stream, also high in protein..just don't eat too much.

    hi sunshine, my question is that when i eat peanut butter i want the whole stupid jar how do you stop at just 2 tblspoons
