Ped Egg

This Sparked Me!

I normally do not buy "As seen on TV" products, but this really works! The Ped Egg is a small, egg-shaped file for callouses on your feet. Simple to use and amazingly effective! After 5 minutes of use, my feet were soft and smooth like a child's feet.

The design includes a cover which keeps mess to a minimum. After use, just empty the contents in the trash.

I got my Ped Egg at Bed, Bath and Beyond - it was marked at $9.99 and with a 20% off coupon I paid $8.00.

I have one and swear by it. NEWJEWEL is right about soreness if used too long. After using the Ped Egg I put on some peppermint foot lotion and Oh! my feet feel great.

Be careful not to overdo it or your feet will become sore. I agree that this is a great tool.

I've had mine for a couple of years and use it faithfully. Definitely use good lotion afterwards.

I like mine.. but once again you should only do a little each night as to not go to deep!

You should be careful of using a ped egg.
The razors cannot differentiate between skin you want off like calluses & dead skin & healthy skin. It is very easy to cut yourself.
Over time it can make your feet worse. When slicing off calluses the body doesn't have time to adjust to not having the extra padding there. In response to having calluses sliced off the body will start to make the calluses again, very very quickly.
Best thing to do for you feet is buy a foot file that has rough side and a softer side. Use the rough side first to work down the big calluses then use the soft side to smooth over the skin. This can be done anywhere from once a month to twice a week.

NewJewel is right on. Use restraint, but I LOVE mine. So much better than a pumice stone.

Love this product as I have horribly cracked and scaley feet. Word to the wise, don't forget to use lotion!
HUEY15 2/12/2011 11:44:00 PM

I disagree-hated the product. have used many pedicure options much better
