Instead of standing at the microwave watching your lunch heat up, walk! Anytime I put something in the microwave, I walk back and forth through the house. Every 2, 3, 5 minute walk is just a little more movement in the day!

  • Jumping Jacks is a good idea! I can't do impact exercises but in addition to the walking, I do boxing type arm moves and other upper body exercises. I just get less bored walking. :D - by SCRAPLYN
