I'm surprised that there isn't a path worn in the floor in front of my microwave where I walk in circles while things are cooking!!

Jumping Jacks is a good idea! I can't do impact exercises but in addition to the walking, I do boxing type arm moves and other upper body exercises. I just get less bored walking. :D

Almost everyone uses a dish sponge to clean dishes but they get nasty so here is my trick to clean your sponge and your microwave. To sanitize your sponge microwave it for 1 minute as long as it is damp (say after cleaning dishes) it will create a steam bath and loosen the grime in your microwave. So now your sponge is clean and your microwave just needs to be wiped out to sparkle.
