Lemon - Makes Water Delicious and Helps you Keep Track
Every morning I cut a lemon into eight wedges. Each time I drink a glass of water during the day I squeeze one of the lemon wedges into the water. The lemon makes the water yummier, and when all eight wedges are gone, I know I've had my eight glasses of water for the day.
