Workouts Do Not Always Happen in Workout Clothes...
When I know that I'm feeling too beat to exercise when I get home, I take a different bus after leaving work - the bus that drops me off six tenths of a mile away from my house instead of 1 block. This way, I'm getting in some great exercise, but it's just part of my commute home.
Though you won't need workout clothes - you will need shoes you can walk in! 104
After taking a load of clothes from the dryer, I place the used dryer sheet into a shoe. We rotate through the shoes to replace the sheets with each new load of laundry. It has worked wonders as a cheap (sort of free!) way to keep shoes smelling fresher!
When I'm feeling stressed and want to snack on junk. I find taking a walk , like on my 15min break, getting outside does the trick. By the time I end my little walk I no longer have the desire for a junky snack at all.311
