Chop one one apple(peel on) and a pear and cook them about 5 minutes. Freeze in cupcake liners. Defrost for 1 minute in the microwave and add to your oatmeal for breakfast as an easy way to increase your fruit and fiber helpings.

    What a yummy idea! I sometimes use frozen berries, but will try this for a change with my Kashi Go Lean cereal. Thanks!
