I spend 8+ hours a day at my desk for work. I get bored at times and I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets "boredom hunger" I have a drawer in my desk dedicated to healthy snacks and a fridge loaded with fruits and bottles of water. When I get the bored munchies I just reach for something healthy and don't feel bad about snacking throughout the day.
