Food Cravings And What Your Body Is Really Craving!




Pizza,donuts, candy, chips,soda and alcholol, fries, white bread, full fat ice cream an fried fish and hot dogs are nutrient deficient foods! A food craving is your body’s cry for nutrients. Your brain monitors your blood sugar. Excessive hunger, food cravings,sugar cravings, are caused primarily by a deficiency or an imbalance in some essential nutrient that your body is missing.

  • I scroll thru my list of favorites or my food groups and look for something I enjoy thar will fit into my food for the day. I almost always can find something reasonable that satisfies the craving. - by BEHRENDT
  • When l crave chocolate, l have a Hershey Kiss or a mini chocolate it takes care of the craving with less calories. - by ANNMHAN
  • If I ignore my cravings, I will eat everything in sight including that donut, until I feel satisfied. So I also give in to them. - by QUILTINGGRANNY2
  • I don't have many cravings but when I do I tend to give in to them and get it out of my system. Maybe an extra exercise, a longer walk for the dog or have a lighter dinner that day. If I go without satisfing my craving I will eat everything in sight except the doughnut~ =) - by CHUEYSMOM
