Trying to drink 8 8 oz glasses of water a day when I first started seemed monumental and was very stressful. So I decided to start by drinking 8 2 oz glasses a day and work my way up to the 8 oz glass. Now I have no trouble drinking 12-15 8 oz glasses a day. Start small and work your way up!
It didn't take long to get into the habit of drinking water every day and that was half the battle. Now I carry my water bottle everywhere I go, even to the movies! Staying hydrated is important to good health.
