Foods Diabetics Should Avoid



Avoid all canned pasta and canned noodles with or without sauces. Avoid gnocchi, macaroni and cheese, rice pasta and vermicelli, Spaghetti O's and overcooked pasta.

    Ronzoni Smart Taste pastas and Dreamfield's pasta are diabetic and family friendly. The key to eating pasta is portion control. A one cup serving may look small on your plate at first. However, if you pair up your meal with a hearty vegetable and salad, it will make up for it.

    Not only are the canned food bad for you. ( just read label) They taste awful! I don't understand why people eat them.Making your own is so much more tastier & better for you.
