I'm sure this has been mentioned before but fiber and water are great (and often overlooked) weight loss tools! Make sure to get at least 8 cups of water and between 25-35 g of fiber every day.

MORE INFORMATION:
Optimally you should get all your fiber from your diet. However if you are consistently short, or need a little boost, Benefiber is my favorite fiber supplement. Start adding slowly to avoid any side effects.

    I like how you have fiber and water...fiber w/out water is a good base for cement

    I use the Fiber Bars (near the granola bars) to help me when my normal diet does not get me to the lower limit of fiber for the day. They taste good and give 7-9 grams of fiber for around 150 calories.

    this is a great idea. People who have not been eating fiber need to increase slowly, though, or it could cause some disastrous side effects! lol
