Sometimes life gets me down - things not going well at work or home, loss, scale, lack of energy, etc. I popped in a CD of some uplifting & soothing music. Then I took a walk, enjoying the songbirds and beauty outdoors.
With the more positive outlook, I feel less buried by my circumstances. Now I can find the energy to deal with what's on my plate.

I often listen to music that has made me happy in my life. Favorite songs brings back positive and happy memories and in turn puts me in a good mood. Listening to fast upbeat music helps get me in the mood to get motivated and work out.
