I keep a large jar of Dill Pickles in my fridge. They are practically calorie free, and when I get the urge for a snack or something other than bland vegetables, I have a pickle. Sounds silly, but it has kept me from attacking the cereal, cookies or chips that I still have not eaten yet. That crisp, cold, salty, savory flavor of a good dill pickle really does the trick!
Pickles, i know, are pretty high in sodium, but low in calories, basically none. You will most likely get sick of them before they affect you negatively though, but if you are sure they wont, control yourself. If you get sick of them, and tell yourself, "I am only going to eat these," your good! :)
