I always had a hard time asking for help, I didn't want to bother anyone. I now have a sparkbuddy who has been incrediably helpful to me. Now I have someone keeping me in line, it is so much easier now.
Sometimes when things are tricky, we struggle to resolve the issue all by ourself. That takes a lot of energy, time and can lead to frustration when just asking someone can get you the answer right away. Ask somebody!! Here at SP, there are lots of people who will lend a hand.
