When I have phone calls to return, or want to call a friend I need to get back in touch with, I head outside with my cell phone and walk around the track at my local high school. I can measure it by time and distance too so I can enter it in my fitness tracker. Another huge benefit is that it is nice to catch up with an old friend that you "haven't had the time" to call and chat with!

When I talk on the phone with family or friends while at home, I make it a point to walk and talk. If I'm on with my daughter, I can do laps throughout the house and an enjoyable hour really goes by fast! That'a an hour of walking! Cool, huh?
