Each night before bed, my family spends a few minutes cleaning or straightening something in the house. Sometimes papers get filed, sometimes dishes get washed, sometimes a load of laundry goes in. Now my cleaning time is cut down because each day I spend less than 30 minutes doing some cleaning!
Small things that take a few minutes: -cleaning the baseboards in one room -dusting two ceiling fans -hand washing dinner dishes -wiping shelves in the fridge -starting a load of laundry -emptying all the wastebaskets -taking one pile of "junk" and putting it all in the correct places!

The key to seeing results from exercise is consistency. Even if you can only work out for 10 minutes at a time....do that 10 minutes religiously. Be dedicated to your workout time. That consistency will make exercise a habit and you will see results!
Every morning, spend five minutes writing/typing your top ten goals as fast as you can. Don't peek at what you wrote yesterday. Don't spend more than a few minutes total. Write goals as active/present tense - "I eat within my calorie range every day", "I wake up early eager to do my workout".
