Cooking Spray

I often use cooking spray but noticed it was 'gumming' up and very difficult to clean off my pans, both cooking and baking. I've switching to the formula for grilling now and have not had any more trouble.( I suspect that the other types don't do as well with the heat? I'm not sure.)

    If you can find one in a kitchen store, you can use the spray can from one and put in your own olive oil. I have yet to do that but have heard of it and it does sound like I would have a bit more control over what is going into my food.
