Secrets of Success

Vitalicious Vitatops

These "muffin tops" are amazing! Only 100 calories, 1.5 g of fat each. And 9 g of fiber! And not only that but they offer 15 different vitamins and minerals (many of which are 50% daily value). And to top it off, I think they are good! So far I've only tried the Deep Chocolate flavor but they have many other ones. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick, easy, on-the-go breakfast or snack. (Side note: These are only 1 Weight Watcher Points Value also)

More Information:

They tend to be a little on the expensive side (about $1.25 each) however, you may be able to find them on sale. My local Harris Teeter has the 4ct. box Buy One Get One Free this week.

  • Most VitaMuffins are now three Points Plus which is the current Weight Watchers program. They used to be only one point on the Momentum program, though, for people still following that version of the program. - by SMILEYBABS
  • I have had teammates on SP who have raved about vitatops but until this week I had never tried them. I happened to spot them in the grocery store freezer and I bought them. I really like a little carb with tea for a break and this is a relatively-guilt free solution to my carb craving. - by JILLIAN40
