For a quick and simple way of tossing veg cover your bowl with cling film making sure it sticks to the bowl and is tight. Then just spin the bowl over and over til you've tossed all the ingredients together. Remove cling film. Place plate over bowl Invert both together and your salad will be on the plate with no mess on your hands!

* 10 oz of pure coconut water.
