On the days when you're too busy/tired/stressed to get in a full workout, spin a hula hoop for 10 minutes! It's fun, works the whole core, and you feel silly enough that the stress and fatigue melt away.

I also can't get a hula hoop going longer than a few seconds. Never could. I think I'm hip-impaired, but yes this is a wonderful idea.

I dont have a hula hoop and did not do well when I had it so I do it virtually with the wii I do 6 min workin my way to 10!!!

I could never keep a hula hoop going for 30 seconds let alone 10 minutes, even when I was young! LOL!
