Don'T Eat After 7:30pm!!

try not to eat after 7:30pm in the evening to help loose weight. It is only a snack but it is another50 to 200 calories you'll consume and have to wear off tommorrow!!
If I am needing a snack I'll make some plain popcorn, hot lemon water or just plain go to bed early and read.

    good idea, it's hard b/c I work til 7 (can't eat at my desk), start cooking at 7:30. But yeah I know whatcha mean.

    The latest research reveals that this is not necessarily true. A calorie is a calorie, no matter when you eat it.

    Hi..I like this..I like to drink tea in the evenings so I don't eat :)
