Tea and coffee may protect your brain. Those who sipped as little as half a cup of coffee or tea a day were 34% less likely to develop brain cancer later in life than those who didn't, according to a study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. High levels of antioxidants in these drinks may help prevent cancer cells from forming in the brain, scientist say.
Before pouring the sugar into the coffee or tea cup, I take a first sip without any sugar. As it is really bitter, a tiny tsp will make a huge difference, since the previous reference is bitter. It has worked so well for me that now I take my coffee (even spresso) with no sugar at all.
