The one thing people who are overweight hate to do is take pics. I post a pic of myself on the fridge and on the pantry door so when I reach for a snack I think twice. On my fruit bowl I place a pic of me thin or one of someone the size I want to be and reach for it instead.

No matter how you feel about taking before pictures, you'll never regret taking them as you look back! Don't forgot to take some every month or so. Just candid shots can really show progression when you're not seeing it in the mirror. Take them by yourself if you need to and store them in a hidden file if you're worried about someone seeing them or embarassment. You'll be amazed at what a picture can show you that you can't see by looking in a mirror every day!
