Be consistant and don't skip adding your exercise points... they really add up. Also add to the list of favorite foods by entering item you eat that aren't on the regular list. You'll only have to take the time once.

I love getting spark points. Spark points keep me very interested in SparkPeople.com. I cannot wait until morning comes to spin the wheel or answer trivia questions. I absolutely love it.
Keeping my water intake is another great little device. I always drink my water because I know I am going to get 5 points. This makes everything so much fun for me. Not the routine, get bored type of diet plan. Getting points for exercising is another big one on my list.
