I've divided my weight loss goals into 5% increments, so that they are not "easy" to reach, but I still feel like I'm achieving something. When I first started, I had over 100 lbs. to lose and was a bit overwhelmed... this really helped me to not give up on this long journey!

I set small goals for my weight loss and love it when I see myself accomplish those goals. It keeps me motivated to keep going!

I agree. At first I thought it was too much to keep track of, but really I've got 20 streaks going on and each day I complete these "tasks" I feel good. I've come to a point where most of them are now habits and I'm working on new streaks. It def keeps me focused and I'm easing into my new lifestyle.

I agree. I am encouraged when I reach a goal, even if it is small. This keep me moving forward.
