I prepare my breakfast and lunch the night before, so I already know what I will be having. When I'm finished prepping my meals, I go and enter them into my meal tracker. It makes it easier to plan snacks and gives me so much more flexibillty with what I can eat at dinner.

    this is smart, and may be just because you logged your meals, you dont make any changes and stick to your diet?

    I agree! preperation is the key for me, I am set for success if I prepare the night before, the next morning I log my foods down. There is nothing worse than starting the day thinking, "what am I going to eat today?" so prepare for success and failure is not an option!
