THINK OF OTHERS OFTEN AND REMEMBER THAT MANY PEOPLE ARE WORSE OFF THAN YOU ARE. BEING OVERWEIGHT GENERALLY IS BROUGHT ON BY NOT HAVING ENOUGH EXERCISE AND ALSO BY EATING THE WRONGS FOODS.
I usually get up late in the morning, and instead of having a good breakfast, have a brunch. I find this to be an unhealthy practice because then I only have dinner that day, which results in 2 meals instead of 3. I'll have to try better to get up earlier.
